Gallery: Men’s lacrosse plummets 23 goals past Siena, ties goalscoring record

Even a snow storm could not stop the Boston University men’s lacrosse team, as they tied a program-record in goals scored as they took down the Siena College Saints 23-7 in their home opener. The Terriers shot out to an 11-0 lead in the first 19 minutes of the game, before the Saints got on the board, and by halftime, the Terriers held a commanding 14-2 lead. BU continued their onslaughts of goals in the second half, while also rotating their goalkeeper in net thanks to their comfortable lead. Sophomore attack Timothy Shannehan led his team with a career-best 11 points from five goals and six assists.
