Gallery: Women’s hockey sweeps Merrimack

Backed by two goals from senior forward Sydney Healey, the Boston University women’s hockey team completed a sweep of the season’s games over the Merrimack College Warriors with a 3-1 victory. Healey scored her first goal wrapping around Merrimack’s net in the 5th minute of the first period, but the Warriors equalized in the 11th minute. The Terriers came out of the second period quickly, with freshman forward Lexie Bertelsen capitalized on a breakaway in the fourth minute. Healey recorded her second goal on the power play in the 11th minute of the third period to put the game away.
