The Boston University men’s basketball team notched up their first home victory in conference play this season over the Army Black Knights. Sophomore guard Azmar Abdullah, who recorded a season-high in points in this game, put the Terriers on the board first with a three-pointer. The leads exchanged hands several times in the first eight minutes of the game until the Terriers expanded the gap and the Black Knights were not able to respond as fast. In the second half, the Black Knights outshot the Terriers by 14 field goal attempts and 12 three-point field goal attempts. However, the Terriers’ record-breaking shooting percentage of 66.7% secured them the win. Among the four Terriers with double digits, junior guard Michael McNair put 28 points on the board, highlighted with seven made three-pointers.
