Gallery: Men’s Basketball Dominates VTSU Johnson to Start December Strong
After four road games in a row, the Boston University men’s basketball team hosted VTSU Johnson to start the December schedule and won 104-57. Graduate forward Malcolm Chimezie gained the offensive opportunity for the Terriers by winning the jump ball, but the Terriers failed to convert until one minute into the game. Junior guard Michael McNair’s three pointers put the Terriers on the scoreboard first. With almost double the field goal made percentage in the first half, Terriers went into halftime with a 60-27 lead. Freshman forward Andrew Bhesania led the team in scoring in his first collegiate basketball game with 23 points, with a 61.5% field goal made percentage. Junior forward Quinn Nielsen led the team rebounds with 8 and contributed 10 points.
