Gallery: Men’s Hockey season ends in Frozen Four

Boston University Men’s Hockey (29-11-0) saw their best season in eight years come to an end on Thursday night, as they were eliminated from the 2023 Frozen Four at the hands of the top-ranked University of Minnesota (29-9-1) in the semifinal round. The Golden Gophers took down the Terriers 6-2 at Amalie Arena in Tampa, FL.

This season saw the Terriers win their first Hockey East Tournament since 2018, and make their first Frozen Four since 2015, which seemed all-but-impossible following the disappointments of the past several years. However, led by a strong freshman class and senior leadership, the Terriers put themselves back on the college hockey map this year.
