Gallery: Women’s Hockey comes up short against Boston College

The Boston University women’s hockey team battled back from a 5-1 deficit in the third, but ultimately could not complete the comeback as they fell to the Boston College Eagles on Saturday at Walter Brown Arena.

Senior forward Julia Nearis found the back of the net in the first to get the Terriers on the board. Senior defenseman Nadia Mattivi and junior defenseman Julia Shaunessy each scored within a minute in the third to start BU’s comeback effort. Freshman forward Clara Yuhn also added a goal, but it was not enough as the Eagles secured the series sweep.
