Photo Gallery: Women’s Hockey struggles for offense against UConn

The University of Connecticut Huskies (10-1, 6-1 HE) took down the Boston University Terriers (5-3-3, 4-2-3 HE) 1-0 at Walter Brown Arena on Saturday.

The Huskies’ 10-1 record is the best start to a season in program history. Graduate forward Natalie Snodgrass’ fourth of the season was the only score of the game. Senior netminder Samantha Carpentier-Yelle made 15 saves for UConn, who have now won three straight games.

Senior goaltender Kate Stuart made 27 saves for the Terriers. Senior forward Mackenna Parker had five shots on goal. The Terriers have lost three of their last six contests.
