We invite graduate students to submit short pieces focusing on issues or topics they are passionate about. These can include personalizing and humanizing news stories, sharing their thoughts on current global issues, or anything they find touching, inspiring, or motivating to others.

Balancing Views by Rachel Hull

We want to hear your voice and see global issues from your point of view! Interest pieces should be clear, concise, and informed opinions about current topics or events related to global affairs.

Submissions should be:
  • 150 – 300 words, 12-point font, Times New Roman, 1.5 spacing
  • Citations: Active links to sources should be embedded within the Interest Piece. Please include a Works Cited/Bibliography for the Editorial Board to review.

Please submit all Interest Pieces via this form

Please note that the views and opinions expressed in the interest pieces and website are the writers own and do not necessarily represent the Pardee Atlas. While we make every effort to ensure that the information we are sharing is accurate, we welcome any comments, suggestions, or correction of errors.
