Underwriting Director:

Underwriting uses ad-like announcements to promote sponsors in exchange for their support via financial and physical donations. The responsibilities of the department include communicating with sponsors and recording public service announcements and spots. Underwriting spots are NOT advertisements. Community Outreach is responsible for fostering community within WTBU and building connections around the local BU community. We plan and facilitate social events and initiatives for WTBU DJs, as well as collaborative events with other student groups across campus and other college stations in Boston.
