Gallery: Women’s Soccer Advances to Patriot League Final with a 4-0 Victory against Lafayette

Going into the postseason as the No.1 seed, the Boston University women’s soccer team faced the Lafayette Leopards for a spot in the Patriot League championship game, and confirmed their spot with a dominant 4-0 win. After a scoreless first half, junior forward Ava Maguire found the back on the net, putting the Terriers on the scoreboard in the 56th. Then, in the  68th minute, senior forward Margy Porta double the lead for the Terriers. Maguire scored her first collegiate brace in the 71st minute, before soph0more forward Juliana Osterman fired home a miscleared ball in the 87th minute. Sophomore goalkeeper Bridget Carr made three saves.
