Senior forward Caroline O’Brien, with two goals and two assists, powered the Boston University field hockey team to its first win of the season, taking down the Quinnipiac Bobcats 4-2. The Terriers began their attack right from the start of the game, with junior midfielder Nicole Lauro scoring 13 seconds into the game. BU continued its offense, scoring another two goals unanswered— one in the eighth minute by O’Brien and one in the 19th minute by freshman midfielder Molly Driscoll — before the Bobcats pulled back one in the 21st minute.
