Gallery: Women’s ice hockey shuts out Holy Cross in Walter Brown reopening
Boston University women’s hockey team beat Holy Cross on Saturday night with a 3-0 shutout. Graduate student defenseman and captain Tamara Giaquinto opened the scoring in the first period. Junior forward Clara Yuhn scored the second goal in the first. Graduate student forward Lidnsay Bochna scored the third and final goal of the game in the second period. Sophomore goaltender Mari Pietersen posted back-to-back shut outs against Holy Cross.
