An exciting matchup between Boston University and UAlbany saw lots of lead changes. At the end of the first half, the Terriers were leading by 8 thanks to a strong defensive performance. The Great Danes came out with intensity, reclaimed a lead, and were in control for most of the second half. The Terriers didn’t give up and some critical plays at the end of regulation from McNair, Chimezie, and Alexander sent the game into overtime. After some big three-pointers, the Great Danes began to foul but were unable to come back from the deficit. Kyrone Alexander finished the game with 26, a new career-high for the sophomore guard.
