A: Bed linens, towels and soap will be provided in on-campus housing.

Q: Is it possible to get a formal acceptance or invitation letter?
A: Yes, we are happy to provide these in pdf form. Please email your request to speechprosody2016 (at) gmail (dot) com, or use the “contact us” form.

Submissions

Q: Are there limits on number of submissions?
A: There is only one restriction, which is that each submission must have at least one unique, registered author at the conference. That person needn’t be first author, but just can’t also be the only registered author on some other paper. So for example, if you wanted to be first author on two papers, that would be fine, provided that for at least one of the papers, one of your co-authors was also registered for the conference, and that person was not also the only registered author on some other paper.

Q: Can I make changes to title, abstract and author information after I submit?
A: Easy Chair allows you to make edits to any of the fields from the submission up until we close our submission page after 11:59 p.m. AoE, on November 29th. You are welcome to make edits, however we ask that these edits reflect that the paper is essentially still the same paper as was originally submitted.

Q: How will I know that my submission was received?
A: Easy Chair will send an automatically generated email to all corresponding authors when a paper is first submitted. If the submission process was successful, authors should further be able to log into Easy Chair, and see (and edit) all of their submissions for SP2016. If you encounter problems with your submission, please email us at speechprosody2016@gmail.com .

Q: Should papers be anonymous?
A: Submissions to Speech Prosody 2016 do not need to be anonymous. You should include author names, etc., in the pdf of the 4-page paper.
