In preparation for your leave, you will want to check the training annual due dates of your training and all members of year research team (lab safety, IRB, IBC, IACUC, radiation, ROHP). If any of these trainings will expire during your leave, you may want to complete the refreshers early and also remind your team to mark their calendars too.

Research Information Management System (RIMS) will list your team’s training and due dates for renewals. Consider updating your training now and make a table of training due dates for your team. Assign a senior group member to monitor everyone’s training due dates and ask them to complete early to prevent reminders. All training courses can be found in SciShield.
