Congratulations, Dr. Carmen Gott-Betts!

In an unorthodox fashion, Carmen Gott-Betts successfully defended her Ph.D dissertation, virtually, titled: “Design of Next-Generation Organic Semiconductors and the Development of New Methods for their Synthesis”. Her synthetic work focused on derivatives with a common aromatic core, benzodifuran, and their potential use as either active layer or hole transport material in organic solar cells.
