Very proud to announce that Justin has successfully defended his PhD thesis! Although it is sad to see him leave, I share his excitement for a new chapter to begin and look forward to hear all about his new job at Axiom Healthcare Strategies.

Many years ago we began working on an unknown protein named KIAA1787, now known as NEURL4. Here we report our studies on its role as a mitochondrial ADP-ribosyltransferase and a new member of the ARTD family: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.12.28.424513v1. We are very excited about this finding and look forward to hearing comments and feedback.
This is a long due post to congratulate Stefanie, who in the midst of a pandemic year has managed to graduate, publish her work on GPS2 in breast cancer and give birth to little Cassian!
