Final Paper Submission
Paper acceptance is made with the understanding that at least one author will attend and also present the paper at the conference. Thus, all papers must have at least one author register for the conference.
The authors should revise the manuscript by respecting the improvements detailed in the reviewers’ comments and submit the final, revised manuscript via Papercept. Electronic submission of the final version of the manuscript and all the necessary forms are due by October 21.
Please note that all final versions of papers are limited to six (6) pages, excluding references. Authors are expected to follow the form of the conference templates. Papers that fail to do so can not be included in IEEE Xplore proceedings. It is also required that the authors agree with the standard terms specified as per the IEEE Online Copyright Transfer form. The reviewers’ comments can be found on the RAS Papercept portal apart from the decision notification email. Please ensure all the information describing the paper, for instance the title, abstract, and author list is correct.
