Undergraduates

Since starting the lab at Boston University in 2010, I have maintained a lab of approximately 12-20 people: myself, a senior research technician, 1-2 postdocs, 2-4 graduate students, 2-4 seniors, 2-4 juniors, and 2-4 sophomores.  I find this to be the sweet spot for an intellectually thriving lab, with good dynamics, where I can mentor everyone effectively.
