Follow and Film Platform

The Follow and Film group is a team dedicated to designing and implementing an aerial platform capable of tracking other vehicles, objects, or even people, all while providing stable, high resolution video footage. We are using various arduino compatible components to accomplish this task and have been able to reach significant milestones in the last year alone. This year, we aim to complete the mechanical structure, improve the current tracking algorithms and expand on the gimbaled camera assembly. We are in need of all types of engineers: Mechanical, Electrical, and Software. This project is a great way to expand on your programming and design skills and will allow you to gain experience with a multitude of hardware components, all of which play a key role in creating this sensor network.
