Caitlin assisted in implementing Supporting Wellness at Pantries (SWAP) incentives at two local pantries. This included re-structuring the pantries and categorizing and marking donations as healthy and unhealthy foods. The project culminated in advising on future guidelines for these local pantries.
Eliza assisted RIPHI with a large-scale evaluation of the Food on the Move market. Surveys were conducted at different market sites and was then analyzed. The final result was a report submitted to the RIPHI Evaluation Team.
Kendra supported the New Haven Health Leaders program in a developmental role. She participated in curriculum development meetings, tool and fidelity measure development and in implementing the curriculum and tools.
Devinne help evaluate the application of a systems thinking approach to Public Health departments in New England. This involved evaluating results of solutions to select problems faced by each department and consulting systems thinking implementation.

Developed a tracking database of dental practices in Vermont and contacted dental offices to identify levels of interest in engagement with referral to tobacco cessation treatment; identified dental practices that are already referring to treatment and researched tools that can aid in engagement work.
Identified infants with risk to Zika related birth defects/adverse outcomes as part of the United States Zika Pregnancy and Infant Registry and analyzed the associations between adverse outcomes and key demographics to identify who was more at risk for Zika related adverse outcomes in Zika exposed mothers.
Analyzed data to guide the development of an updated injury prevention state plan from assessments to be used as an educational tool for program partners and to inform the direction of the program.
