MRS 2023 will be in-person only. We will not be offering a remote presentation options, and all papers must be presented in-person during the conference. Note that failure to show up for your session will result in non-inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Paper Talk Preparation
All accepted papers will be presented as presentations in single-track sessions. Each paper will have a 12min talk + 3min for questions. Slides may be in widescreen (16:9, preferred) or standard (4:3) format.
Speakers may present their presentations from their own computers. Prior to each session, there will be time for speakers to test their presentations on-site. Additionally, the venue will have a computer if authors encounter any technical difficulties. Full-length accepted papers do not have a poster presentation.
Poster Preparation (Extended Abstracts)
Extended abstracts accepted for poster presentation will be presented in one of two poster sessions. Posters will be mounted on display board stands should fit within 24″ x 36″ (60cm x 90cm). Portrait orientation is encouraged for posters. Authors of extended abstracts are responsible for bringing their posters to the conference.
Local printing is available with advanced arrangement at either FedEx or PhD Posters. Please note the conference organizers are unable to pick up posters for authors, and these places do not offer same-day print services.
