The How and Why
The Inclusive Consent and Access to Resources for Everyone (iCARE) Study assesses the impact of minor consent laws on HIV and sexually transmitted infections (STI) testing, treatment, and prevention services use among US adolescents using legal epidemiological, causal inference, and online survey methods.
