Kristen Murray

WHN Program Assistant

Kristen Murray joined the Women’s Health Unit (WHU) in the fall of 2017. She received her B.A. in psychology at Boston College where she composed her senior thesis on the topics of empathy in doctor-patient interactions and healthcare equity. Kristen initially worked in the WHU as a Research Assistant for Project SUPPORT, a study that addresses barriers preventing patients from receiving timely cancer treatment. She currently works as a Program Assistant for the Women’s Health Network, a program that educates women about breast and cervical cancer and provides support for women to receive necessary screenings. Kristen is pursuing her MPH in healthcare management at the Boston University School of Public Health and aspires to continue working towards promoting accessible and equitable healthcare.
