Our Center of Excellence in Women’s Health Partners

The Department of Health and Human Services initially established six National Centers of Excellence in Women’s Health in 1996. This designation has created a network of centers that work together to improve health prospects for women in communities throughout the nation. This network has been growing with an additional 13 centers achieving this designation since 1996.
