CIIS Fellowship

The application cycle for the 2026 CIIS Fellowship is now open! 

The Evans Center for Implementation and Improvement Sciences (CIIS) is a methodological hub for the scientific evaluation of efforts to improve healthcare delivery within safety net settings. In order to build institutional capacity in Implementation and Improvement Sciences, CIIS now offers an Implementation Science Fellowship (CIIS Fellowship).

The goals of the CIIS Fellowship are to:

  • Expand institutional expertise & capacity in implementation science (IS)
  • Offer cross-disciplinary, specialty agnostic, immersive methodologic training in IS
  • Provide networking, support, and mentorship to promising trainees and early career faculty
  • Serve as proof of concept for UH3, K12 or T32 that transitions from CTSI/DOM support

Interviews for select applicants: March 16-27, 2026
Applicant Notification Date: April 15, 2026
Fellowship Start Date: July 1, 2026
