Our Mission

Communication is at the center of our ability to engage and connect with others, and participate within society.

Our mission is to identify factors that shape the neurodevelopment of speech, language, and reading abilities, with the ultimate goal of facilitating positive outcomes for anyone susceptible to communication difficulties.

Our vision is to inform and support proactive approaches that minimize barriers to communication and maximize access to effective instruction/intervention. We strive for accurate translation of research to evidence-based practices that will promote effective identification, access, and inclusion of all individuals with communication difficulties.
