Research & Resources

The Women and Masks Project website is designed as a site for sharing research and content. We seek to feature contemporary and historical resources and accomplishments in the field. Our mission is to create ways to make those who engage with masks more visible and discoverable. To that end, we endeavor to archive information. We have created an archive of the conference: participants, presentations, and workshops, as well as the calls and abstracts. It also reveals themes that arose during the conference.  This website also houses an extensive and growing database of artist and scholar biographies, begun during the conference. There is also a bibliography of mask-related articles, chapters, and books, as well as a page geared towards teachers and pedagogy.
