My research focuses on the neural basis of attentional control and distractibility, in both healthy young and older adults, as well as in patients with PTSD, TBI, and focal brain injury. I use a range of cognitive neuroscience methods, including fMRI, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and transcranial current stimulation (tCS). See my lab website for more details (ballab.org).
