My research focuses on the cognitive and neural bases of human memory. I use a neuropsychological approach, focusing on mnemonic processes that are affected in amnesic patients with medial temporal lobe lesions, and a neuroimaging approach, which involves exploring the functional neural correlates of memory in healthy individuals. I am particularly interested in the interplay between memory and other domains of cognition, including imagining and decision making.
