Catherine Connolly (Kate) is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Environmental Health. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Certificate of Public Health from Rutgers University. For two years, Kate worked at Optum Technology on state healthcare systems and managed large administrative data sets. She is interested in exposure science, air pollution modeling, and engineering applications to public health. Kate’s favorite TV show is Jeopardy!
