Interested in joining the BU URBAN Graduate Program in Urban Biogeoscience and Environmental Health?
Participation in BU URBAN is an exciting opportunity to benefit from expanded training and resources during your Ph.D. at Boston University. Trainees join BU URBAN from multiple participating departments across the university, creating a unique interdisciplinary community.
BU URBAN is now accepting applications from students who are applying to Boston University’s Biology, Earth and Environment, Environmental Health, Mathematics & Statistics, and Computing & Data Sciences Ph.D. Programs. We are committed to creating a vibrant, diverse, and inclusive community for all students. We aim to broaden participation by addressing barriers to access for individuals from groups historically underrepresented in STEM and particularly encourage their application to BU URBAN.
What is it like to be part of BU URBAN? Watch the video below for a perspective from Claudia Diezmartínez on how BU URBAN has helped her look at problems from different perspectives and cultivated a strong community.
