Resolved Issues
I see a warning in Schedule Builder that I am exceeding my unit maximum credits
-
Students who had a part time academic load in a previous semester (including summer, and not necessarily the most recent semester)- – converted erroneously as part time.
Term values in Schedule Builder are inaccurate in some cases when a student has multiple careers.
- Example: Student is GRAD Career & MEDS Career with a Term Activation in GRAD Career, but the MEDS Career Fall Term is the only one available in Schedule Builder
- When students are accessing the Schedule Builder as themselves, the Term Values drop down will default to the terms that they are active for through the term activation process.
- When staff are utilizing the Act as User > Schedule Builder functionality, they are not limited by the same Term Activation logic and the system defaults the term. A Service Request has been submitted for this bug, to update the default in these cases.
