Troubleshooting
This page is where we will track any known issues and their statuses. If you need to report anything, please submit a ticket to ithelp@bu.edu.
General
- May graduations are not all in MyBU Student due to a timing issue – the team is working on adding them.
- Error fixes resulting from the conversion are in progress – student records with issues have been identified with a service indicator – official transcripts will be processed in 5 -7 business days and unofficial transcripts will be available once the issues have been resolved.
Academic Advising
- Degree Progress Reports (formerly Degree Advice) will be available soon for undergraduates.
- Display Name is not in use in the Advising Module – this is a high priority, and we are hoping to have it fixed by mid-June.
Student Accounts
- In some cases you may see a minus sign in front of the account balance. This indicates that there is a credit on the account, and that no charges are currently due.
- The functionality to print student account invoices on the Student Account Balance Due page will be available soon.
Financial Aid
- We expect the new PLUS Loan application to be available to students by mid to late June.
- We anticipate being able to disburse federal loans by mid to late June.
- We continue to work with our vendor to implement and process the updated FAFSA to complete Financial Aid awards.
