John Berkenkotter
Senior Business Architect
John Berkenkotter is a Deloitte Student Leader with responsibility for delivering SIS core and aligning Solution to support companion projects. John is “two-in-the-box” with Marylou O’Donnell-Rundlett, meaning he consults, makes decisions, and shares accountability with Marylou on program matters.
In this project, John provides overall business leadership and guidance throughout the program, reinforcing outcomes. He also helps to establish process to drive and monitor quality in functional team deliverables and continuously improve processes around Solution Design through Testing.
John will identify, prioritize and escalate decisions, risks and issues, driving major decision alternatives and impact analysis, as well as identify and monitor dependencies across functional teams and between functional and technical teams. John also will drive alignment between Test Lead, Functional Lead and Change Management on Business process review, Testing and Deployment Strategies and Plans.
