Betty is Deloitte executive-level Sponsor with ultimate ownership and responsibility for the Deloitte resources, consulting services and successful delivery.
In this program, Betty is “three-in-the-box” with Christine McGuire and Tracy Schroeder, meaning she consults, makes decisions, and shares accountability with them on program matters.
Betty brings insights and recommendations based on higher education best practices and experience, and also promotes team commitment and the benefits of the program throughout the process. Betty also frequently engages with BU administrative and program sponsors to align and execute on the shared vision of success!
On this project, Betty will help to validate the strategic priorities for the program, providing direction and ratifying significant decisions, and will deliver periodic communications with institution leaders regarding program progress, decisions, and issues.
