Alain Flores

Alain Flores is a Student Information System Leader in Deloitte’s Higher Education practice, with responsibility for the day-to-day execution and delivery of the program.

Alain is “two-in-the-box” with Jen King, meaning he consults, makes decisions, and shares accountability with Jen on program matters.

In this program, Alain confirms roadmap aligns with program priorities and business case, overseeing strategic questions or issues with the workplan. He also facilitates the open flow of communications, removes roadblocks, and ensures consistent and transparent access to information across teams. Alain is responsible for managing the program to completion, and monitors and controls to agreed scope and the change control process, including vendor contracts. Alain also addresses or escalates issues, risks, and decisions to the Lead Engagement Partner, and Steering Committee as appropriate.
