Supporting Students
Staff and Faculty will also be using new processes and new MyBU Student screens for finding specific Student Information, mainly for the Fall 2024 term.
NOTE: Staff and Faculty will continue to see Student Term History and Transcript information in the current mainframe until the next launch in May
The main functionality staff will use to see student information is called "Act as User", where staff can search for a student using their name or UID, then see the screens as the student would see them, providing a view into their Academic Information and any Fall 2024 schedules they have built.
Staff will also have the ability to request changes to a Student's Fall 2024 Enrollment (ex. Withdrawals) or current Program Plan information (ex. change Major) in MyBU Student:
