Terrier Card Display Name Update
The SIS Renewal Program Team is excited to announce that starting July 18, 2023, in addition to their display name, students can update their BU Directory listing to reflect their pronouns, and gender identity. In addition, when a student updates their display name, they also have the option to update their Terrier Cards!
Incoming students who update their display names by August 1st, 2022, will have their name printed on their Terrier Card when they arrive on campus.
Continuing students who update their display name by August 1st, 2022, can request a new ID card at the Terrier Card Office at 25 Buick Street.
Students who update their display name after Monday, August 1, 2022, can request a new ID card in mid-September at the Terrier Card Office at 25 Buick Street.

In the meantime, we celebrate this milestone, and will keep looking for ways to accommodate and support our LQBTQIA+ students with our current constrained systems.
