Betsy Woodworth, BA

Research Assistant

Betsy (she/her) is a MPH student in Epidemiology & Biostatistics at Boston University School of Public Health, with a focus on gender, sex, and sexuality. Her interests center on trauma, intimate partner violence, and mental health. She is committed to advancing health equity through rigorous research that translates evidence into policy and sustainable prevention strategies, grounded in the belief that lived experience strengthens public health leadership and informs more empathetic, effective systems. She received a B.A. in Advertising from Indiana University Bloomington. In her free time, Betsy enjoys traveling, spending time with her partner and miniature dachshund, and searching for the best new restaurant in town.
