Research Fellow
Alexa (they/them) is committed to enacting change from a place of attentive compassion. They are a researcher in every area of life, determined to lean into their sense of curiosity. Alexa grew up in Oregon and has a B.A. in Psychology from Bates College, of Lewiston, Maine. They have experience studying eating disorders (including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder and ARFID) among underrepresented groups, including trans and nonbinary communities. Outside of the office, Alexa loves to get outside on runs and walks, meditate, cook, play the violin and guitar, and spend time with friends and family. They are deeply excited to be a part of the HEY! Lab.
