Dr. Al-Hamdan works with Dr. Liu to develop and carry out satellite-based PM estimation including land use regression, using the two-stage algorithm that is described in Hu et al. (2014). Dr. Al-Hamdan and Dr. Freedman are responsible for compiling and processing all the data needed to run the model for the west coast areas (i.e., LA, Imperial County).
