We’re seeking faculty interested in partnering with community members to advance research in the field of early childhood well-being.
BU’s Institute for Early Childhood Well-Being is dedicated to promoting holistic, nurturing ecosystems integrated across disciplinary boundaries to maximize the well-being and resilience of young children and families. The Institute is interested in pioneering new approaches in the field and is seeking community focused projects.
Is this an interest of yours?
Your proposal must (1) address one of the priority areas of the Institute for Early Childhood Well-Being, (2) involve interdisciplinary collaboration, and (3) include at least two investigators from different disciplines or schools/colleges and one non-BU community partner.
As a part of the application process, you will be required to submit a 3-page research proposal that lists a complete research team of faculty and community partner(s), and a direct, meaningful connection to early childhood well-being
Funding
Funds will be awarded to as many as four projects, with awards up to $15,000.
