Grant Writing Workshop

The application for our fall 2025 Grant Writing Workshop is now closed.

Interested in integrating implementation science research into your next funding proposal? Having trouble getting started, wondering what framework to choose, deciding if a hybrid trial makes sense, or looking for feedback from experts in the field?

Not sure what implementation science is or if you’re interested in integrating implementation science research into your grant? Implementation science is the study of how to improve uptake of evidence-based interventions into routine practice. Its use across the translational pipeline can help accelerate translation of innovation to public health impact.

Faculty and post-doctoral fellows are invited to join us for the Evans Center for Implementation and Improvement Sciences (CIIS) Grant Development workshop! The CIIS team will facilitate an in-person, four-part, interactive series designed to help you write a funding proposal integrating implementation science research methods.

Sessions will be held on the medical campus Thursday, 10/9/2025, 10/23/2025, 11/6/2025 and 12/4/2025 from 11:30am – 1pm. To facilitate proposal development, we kindly request participants attend all sessions in person.

Please indicate your interest in attendance by 9/11/2025 by completing a brief application HERE, including submission of a draft specific aims page.
