Qualitative methods and D&I
The use of qualitative methods is an important tool in the field of implementation and improvement sciences. However, this method also has some serious drawbacks for researchers working in the field. This article by Suzanne Heurtin-Roberts tackles those issues and raises the question for readers on what challenges they have faced when working with qualitative methods for D&I work. Currently, a group is working to address these challenges in a white paper set to be published next year.
