A Guide to Setting up Screening for Chagas Disease in Outpatient Settings

We have created an implementation manual that provides guidance for establishing a Chagas screening program. The manual addresses some of the key components, such as how to monitor Chagas cases at your institution and how to engage with and educate providers.

The handbook can be found here: INSECT handbook

Resources for patients:

Thanks to our colleagues at Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative (DNDi) and Olive View- UCLA Medical Center, we are proud to provide access to multiple resources for patients who have been diagnosed with Chagas disease. These downloadable resources are available in Spanish.
