Lisa Kretsge
Lisa is a first-year doctoral student in the Graduate Program for Neuroscience. She graduated from Vassar College in 2014 with a B.A. in Neuroscience and Behavior. After graduating, she spent two years as a technician in Dr. Joshua Gordon’s laboratory at Columbia University. She used in vivo electrophysiology, optogenetics, and behavioral testing in mouse models to study neural circuitry involved in stress and depression. She is interested in continuing to study the neural mechanisms of psychiatric disease.
