Cody Arnold
Secretary
Cody Arnold (Graduate Certificate in Urban Policy & Planning, Spring 2027) is a secretary for the UPA. He is from Warwick, Rhode Island, and is working on his third degree at Boston University, having earned a BA in French & Linguistics (2021) and an EdM in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies (2025). Cody originally began working in Enrollment Services at BU after graduation and is now a Grants Administrator for World Languages and Literatures and Romance Studies within the College of Arts and Sciences. He also works on the side with Keolis on their customer experience on the Commuter Rail.
Cody is particularly interested in transportation and housing policy, focusing on how segregation within housing intersects with educational institutions. Outside of work, he enjoys reading literary fiction and literature in translation, language learning, and writing. He is currently working on a translation of Philippe Besson’s Un garçon d’Italie.
