Sarah George

Sarah George is Associate Director of the Technology and Policy Research Initiative. Prior to joining TPRI, Sarah was Director of Administration for Boston University Institute for Health System Innovation & Policy. Before BU, she served as a Department Administrator at Harvard University for ten years. She oversaw all administrative operations for an educational research department including financial management, research administration, human resources, communications, and information technology.

She held a previous position as a Projects Manager/Epidemiologist in a healthcare setting. She oversaw the daily operations of a research unit and managed several Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD) studies that focused on environmental and genetic factors involved in the development and/or progression of the disease.

Sarah received her Masters of Public Health in Social & Behavioral Sciences and Biostatistics and Epidemiology from Boston University School of Public Health and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
