Opportunities for Student Engagement with the Department of Defense (DoD)

Hackathons are opportunities for students to produce solutions to complex problems in the DoD and then present them to top scientists with the potential to receive money to continue prototyping the solution. The next Hackathon will be tackling the topic of how to fight wildfires using data and AI. Done in partnership with the California National Guard, this opportunity is open to individuals and startups with cash prizes to prototype the best ideas. Register here so you can be ready for the competition launch on March 29th. Distributed Spectrum, a Harvard undergraduate team, took home the $25,000 grand prize winner from our recent cybersecurity hackathon. Will your idea be the next winner?
